Who better to demonstrate than the man who competed in four Olympic games (2000, 2004, 2008, 2012) and currently competes in the UFC’s middleweight division, Australia’s own Dan Kelly.
This week, rather than focusing on one specific technique or move, Dan goes through some of the finer points of Judo in MMA. As a Judoka that transitioned into a similar yet different sport, Dan talks about some of the mistakes that he went through and are commonly made by Judo practitioners in mixed martial arts.
