Watch the fighters weigh in, pose for the crowd and face off at the official weigh-ins of UFC Fight Night: Whittaker vs. Brunson, which is set for Sunday, November 27th (AEST) Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Melbourne, VIC — The Australian fans were in for a treat today, as for the first time in a long time, the UFC’s ceremonial weigh-ins were also the official weigh-ins. The public that attended Rod Laver Arena got a chance to witness in real-time 26 fighters step on the scales and attempt to make weight.

All fighters who stepped on the scales hit their mark on their first attempt, except for Yao Zhikui who was overweight by one pound, even after using the towel. Zhikui was given two hours to lose the extra pound.

The highly-anticipated main event between middleweight prospects Robert Whittaker (16-4) and Derek Brunson (16-3) was officially set when Brunson took to the scales at 186 lbs and Whittaker made championship weight at 185 lbs. Both men will enter fight night riding five-fight win streaks, and the match-up has the potential to have heavy title implications in the division.
