Get the full weigh-in results for UFC 202: Diaz vs. McGregor 2, which is set for Saturday, August 21st (AEST) at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
LAS VEGAS – Submission Radio attended the early weigh-ins or UFC 202: Diaz vs. McGregor, where all 24 fighters hit the scales and were successful in making weight.
The UFC recently adapted their weigh-ins rules whereby fighters were expected to make weight by no later than 10:00am local time. The change in rules was a way of allowing fighters to re-hydrate better before they stepped into the octagon, thus improving their overall health and lowering the chance of brain damage. Competitors only have one chance to make weight when they step on the scales.
